For a Customer who is Visually Impaired, the Ability to find significant points at the Bank like the ATM, the toilets or the entrance can be very challenging.

For a customer with a mobility Disability or an elder person, to open the door independently can be sometimes impossible!

The Solution

By using our STEP-HEAR App, integrated with our Guiding and Assistant devices, the Customer can easily activate our Audio Signs and beacons in order to find is way. In addition, he can call for help in need, through activating our Assistant device that is at the Service Counter.



In every place that the STEP-HEAR Guide is been installed, the App automatically recognizing the location and send’s an alert to the customer.


While is on the bus, the Customer can get through the App What are the next stops, and to Alert the driver in which station he wants to get down.
